Transfer the ziti mixture on the casserole and put diced tomato on top. Cover it and bake for 20 minutes in 350 degree F in oven. Now take the preparation out of the oven and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 10 minutes uncovered or till the cheese melts.

Sweet and sour chicken

The required ingredients are:
Boneless and skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced green onions, pieced medium green pepper, red wine vinegar, cornstarch, chopped fresh pineapple, brown sugar substitute, ketchup, seeded and diced tomato

Procedure:
First cut the chicken into strips or 1-inch pieces. Take the skillet and coat it with non-fat cooking spray and add green pepper and onion. Turn the heat and stir-fry in medium heat. After the vegetables become crisp and tender remove it from the heat and set aside.

Again coat the skillet with non-fat cooking spray and stir fry the chicken pieces till they are thoroughly cooked.

Now take a big bowl and mix vinegar, cornstarch, brown sugar substitute, ketchup and chicken broth together. Add the sauce and chicken to the skillet and cook. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens. Add onion and green pepper and add pineapple pieces. Cover them and cook for 2 minutes. Add tomato just before serving.
