It’s true i have problems with biorhythm…big time! And i just don’t know how to get it back to normal. I can’t sleep before 4:00 a.m. and i wake up around 1:00 p.m. and i really don’t like it. I through away a lot of day time. I’ve been trying to get up early but with no luck.
I also have 2 clocks. One rings at 8.00 and the other one at 8.30 and than each about 9 min after… and nope it doesn’t help. I dunno what to do.
Any ideas how ti bring back my normal biorhythm? Comments are warmly welcomed.
